Class Drills - Equipment Drill
The class drill to the right is called the "Equipment Drill". Equipment drills simulate actual fighting against an opponent. Pads are used on the feet and hands to protect the student. In the video you see one student start with three punches or kicks with the other student using blocking techniques. Then, the students switch roles.

Class Drills - Air Shield Attack
The class drill to the right is called the "Air Shield Attack Drill". Instructors hold an "Air Shield" and approach the student so that the student can react with a "stop kick", a kick that is meant to stop the opponent in his tracks. The student then follows up with a hand technique to finish the opponent.
